Mobile developed charging problem in few months and service centre damaged Touch during repair..
Now demanding 4200/-for touch replace.
Battery doesn't last even 4 hrs in normal use when net is on..
Bought due to my long faith in Nokia quality but disappointed.

Its been 3 months with this device. My opinions about the phone-
1- Build quality 5/5- Amazing build quality. No complaints in design, structure, size, diaplay. I even dropped it from few feet still got no dent or broken display or glass.
2- Performance 3.5/5- Decent performance. Not so great and not so bad. At normal usage the phone works amazing. No lag was found. At heavy usage you can see some lags and delays in opening apps or even unlocking the phone.
3- Battery 3.5/5- same reason as above. Battery can work for more than 12 hours at full charge on normal usage. On heavy usage, it works for about 4-6 hours and even gets heat up.
4- Camera 3.5/5- Great camera at good lighting. Worst in low light. Slow motion features lags alot. Bokeh mode is awesome. Normal photos are good. Resolution is bit slow.
5- Durability 4/5- This phone is most durable smartphone among all other smartphone. Why?
Because of its build quality, stock android. You can easily use this phone for atleast 2.5 years without any problem( except for broken devices).
Recommendation- i totally recommend people to buy this phone if they want a decent phone to use for 2-3 years.

Gifted a nokia 6.1 plus to my wife with a hope that it should be like the old ones use to be. It has just been a month and its upper part of the screen stopped working. Nokoa with its change of hands has stooped to such low that never in my life i should look towards this brand. More pathetic is their service support in Kolkata. My goodness their Kalighat branch declined to service 6.1plus version,and directed us to ballygunge branch, which asked us to come after one week that too, it''ll handover after 5 working days. Mann, you have really gone back in ages... You stand nowhere in comparison to MI or Oppo, in terms of quality and service

hi, this is Kumar, I m using this phone. I m facing too many problems.
1. it depends on all third-party apps.
No app Lock (child lock), No gallery app.
not supporting the 3rd party apps, and also Nokia default apps, like camera, alarm and so on.
And its hanging always, then I have to restart regularly to use my phone. I ever used like this worst phone.
So don''t buy this model. it''s irritating me always.

I pre-booked Nokia 6.1 plus because of trust in brand and got this on 31st Aug 2018. Everything was good till few days back when I took a close look of phone and it seems it''s bend. It''s got unusual shape thought phone is working fine. Nokia refused to help me in this case.

First of all it''s a good device to work on. Decent camera, good performance, but it lacks the most important feature of a phone that is built quality. It''s display glass is so weak that my phone, yes the same phone Nokia 6.1 plus whose display after falling from like 1 feet with tempered glass on it broke. The phone was 2 week old. And the worst part is there service is so disappointing, first the customer care didn''t knew anything about phone, second when I went to service centre in hope of getting my phone fixed, and I asked the guy what will be the total cost for getting the phone fixed. The guy answerd it will be 9860 rupees. The price of phone is 16000 rupees. Now I have to either pay 10000 rupees or use it like this
